Jesse Rhoda Dryer

Jesse R. Dryer age 92, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2023. Jesse Dryer served proudly in the U.S. Army for 26 years. He continued his service to the veterans of the U.S. Army by serving countless voluntary hours to various organizations to include the Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War and the VA hospital.

He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Dryer and mother Clara Williams.

Jesse is survived by his brother, John Dryer; wife Bertha A. Dryer and step-children, Rachel L. Coleman and Christine Marin and their children, Zakaya Figgs, Elicia Moody and Michael Marin. His children, Wanda Dryer; Darryl K. Dryer married to Tisha Dryer and their children Andre, Adrian, Sandra, Jasmine and Kevin Dryer; Jesse C. Dryer and his children, Jasmine Nichole Bowyer and Dorian Ray Dryer and grandchildren, Janiah Shanice Smith and Jesse Troy Bowyer; Laura M. Dryer and her children Leanna Courtney Crawford and her daughter Aaliya C. Seward; Leonard C. Crawford engaged to Graciela Perez and their children, Leonard Charles Crawford IV and Malakai Rey Crawford.

The Dryer family wants to thank the Good Samaritan Hospice Society, William Beaumont Hospital, VA Clinic and volunteers and Maria Simental for the dedicated support and love provided to Jesse Dryer.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Thursday, January 19, at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave. Graveside service will be at 9am, Friday January 20, at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
