What an incredible man who lived an amazing life. Not many like him. From an early age, Mr Williams left a life-long impression on me. A model of what a loving father, husband, responsible citizen and major contributor to society should be. 

My apologies, I am just now learning of Mr. Williams passing. My deepest condolences to Mrs. Williams, Reagan and all of the Williams family. I am a friend of the family from many years ago. My own father went to Vietnam in 1967 and never returned to our home. I was raised in El Paso by my dear single mother Betty McElhannon Gibson. Brian was my best friend. We had a great childhood doing many things together. Out of the goodness of their hearts, Mr. and Mrs. Williams took me into their lives and shared many of their family experiences and opportunities I would not have had otherwise. Such found memories of sleepovers, lake trips, birthdays, hunting, fishing, waterskiing, working the pecan trees and other special events they so graciously allowed me to participate in. 

Such a wonderful tribute to the life of Mr. Williams. Thank you for sharing.

Jerry Williams
I called a friend of Jerry’s to let him know that Jerry had passed.  His first words were “What a gentleman.”
That is exactly what Jerry was and he will always be remembered as such.
I will also remember him as a great hunting companion.  He was the kind owner of fine bird dogs that he trained himself.  I know he would want me to mention Addy, Sadie and Daisy Mae. I can still see Jerry walking up to a point behind each of these dogs. Sometimes he would miss the bird but that was never as important to him as having some good bird work for the hounds. 
He was many other things too. He was a good welder, an excellent engineer and a faithful Aggie. 
Most of all he was a good man, and he will be missed.

Gregg and I send our most sincere condolences to you Bernice, Reagan and family. Jerry was such a nice man and I enjoyed all the times I visited with him.  So full of knowledge and so proud of his family. I am so sorry and saddened for your loss.  He’ll be watching over you and getting to do the things again that he loved.  Such a nice, nice gentleman.
