Born in Livonia, Michigan on December 22nd, 1965 to David and Beverley Lucas, Jeannine grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona, which she proudly called home. She spoke fondly of growing up in the American Southwest, where she enjoyed the desert scenery and riding horses growing up.
Jeannine was known for being a kind and forgiving person, who always wanted the best for her children. She was an excellent and creative chef who continues to be a culinary inspiration to her kids. In addition to making large, delicious spreads for the holidays, she created elaborate birthday cakes, matching their designs with her children's favorite interests.
Jeannine was one semester away from completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she had hoped to use to take care of those in need. She enjoyed listening to music, reading, painting, traveling, and spending time with her children and cats.
Jeannine is survived by her children Chelsea, Brian, Marie, and Kevin and her sister Deanna Reed. She will always be missed and will be remembered for her gentle spirit and unwavering positivity.
