James William Fraser

James is survived by his wife, Maria del Carmen Fraser; his son Wil Fraser; his daughter Jamie Spencer; his son Charles Fraser; his daughter Celia Escobedo; and his daughter Gabriela Fraser; his brother Joe Fraser.

James also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 6 1/2 great grandchildren.

James was preceded in death by his father John W. Fraser and his mother Josephine Smith Fraser, his great grandchild Jason Lee Jaworski and his brother John E. Fraser.

A visitation for James will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79938.
