James Edward Conboy, 95, long-time El Paso resident. He retired here from the US Army in 1968 as a Captain. He worked for the City of El Paso from 1969 to 1983. He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Teddy. Survivors include three children, Patricia Jones (Gilbert, AZ), Thomas Conboy (El Paso, TX), Cathleen Pyrek (Rineyville, KY), and one brother, John (Jack) Conboy (Harwinton, CT). Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home Central 3839 Montana Ave. from 5-9pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. The funeral mass will be held at Our lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 10:00am followed by the interment held at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 11:00am.
