A man of strength, SGM (US Army Retired), Mason and former El Paso County Constable Jack Harold Marshall lived a life of service, generosity and constantly gave to others. Jack passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 87. Jack was surrounded by his loving family as he passed on to his next big adventure. His family will miss him dearly and will continue to honor his life by remembering all that he passed on to us.
Jack was born in Llano, Texas on August 6, 1936 to Josephine Wroten and Jack Forrest Marshall.
Jack traveled the globe through his 22 years of military service. Jack found the love of his life Edith Bayer of Delfeld Germany. They met in El Paso while he was stationed at Fort Bliss. He and Edith enjoyed 41 years of marriage filled with a true partnership and a beautiful example of “what mom says goes”!
