Irma Noreida Silva 35 years of age passed away peacefully on September 17, 2014 in El Paso, Texas. Irma is survived by her parents: Jaime & Irma Silva; two sisters: Maria Gonzalez and her husband: Jose Gonzlaez Jr. and Reynalda Silva; 3 nieces: Joselyn, Delilah & Desiree; and 1 nephew: Marcus. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm.
