Irma De La Rosa-Miller passed away July 19, 2023, she was 59. Irma was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. Irma worked at Veterans Affairs for the last 5 years, the last 2 as a Tele-Health Technician. She enjoyed music, dancing , cooking (there was nothing she could not make taste great) and being with her loved ones. Irma was a very special person having a heart as big as they come. She loved working with the veterans and had a special bond with them. Irma was a selfless person, often putting the needs of others before her own. She is deeply missed by those who knew her and loved her. Irma is preceded in death by her father Jose, Grandfather Rafael, and Grandmother Socorro (Co-Co). She is survived by her loving husband Michael, Children Cruz, Fe, Sarah and Seth, her sisters Olga and Alma, brother Ramiro and her Mother Amparo. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
