Ignacio (Nacho) Acosta, age 94, passed on August 8, 2015. He was born in Anthony, New Mexico on January 17, 1921. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alicia, and survived by his children Bea Monarez (Armando Avila), Ignacio Acosta Jr, Mario Acosta (Cynthia), Anna Fienhage (John), nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A Rosary will be held at 7 pm at Del Angel Funeral Home, 3839 Montana on Sunday, August 16. A Mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption, 4800 Bryon at 11:45 am on Monday, August 17, interment at Fort Bliss National Cemetery immediately following.
