Gustavo Flores Jr.

He retired from the El Paso Independent School District Transportation Department after 35 years.

Gustavo is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Flores; his daughter Rachel Martinez (Julio); his daughter Jessica Marie Zubia (Edgar) and his son Ricky Anthony Flores (Tammy); his parents Gustavo Flores Sr. and Guadalupe Barrajas Flores; his sister Estella Flores and his brother Hector Flores; his grandchildren Julian Evan Martinez, Danielle Alexis Martinez, Jaycob Ryan Martinez, Ezabel Marie Zubia, Edgar Zubia Jr., Edrick Zubia, Ricky Anthony Flores, Jordan I. Perez, Aiiden J. Ramos, Kingston Leo Flores, Benjamin Ryan Flores and his great grandchildren 3.

Gustavo was preceded in death by his brother Michael Flores.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 23, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave with Vigil beginning at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church, 4700 Delta Drive. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 South Zaragoza, El Paso, TX 79907.
