Guadalupe Dominguez Jr.

GUADALUPE DOMINGUEZ JR; born June 11, 1932 in El Paso, Texas. Guadalupe was reunited with his wife Celia Dominguez in heaven on August 24, 2016 at age 84. He is survived by his 3 children, their spouses, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandsons, and 2 siblings – Alicia Pinkham; Leticia Mora, her husband Carlos Mora, and their children Victoria Mora, her husband Alejandro Meza, their son Cristian Meza, Carlos Mora Jr; his wife Cristina Mora, their son Carlos Mora III, and David Mora; David Dominguez, his wife Beverly Dominguez, and their children Marisol Sian Dominguez and Shawn Michael Dominguez; brother Roberto Dominguez and sister Jessie Williamson. Guadalupe was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and a 4-year Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served the El Paso community for 39 years as part of the El Paso Police Dept. from 1957 to 1986 (retiring as Deputy Chief) and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Dept. from 1986 to 1996 (retiring as Chief Deputy). Guadalupe also graduated from the 100th session of the FBI National Academy in 1975. Visitation will be held on August 28th from 6pm to 9pm, with a Rosary at 7pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina Dr; El Paso, TX 79915. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30am on August 29th at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 8011 Williamette Ave; El Paso, TX 79907. Committal Service will be held at 11am on August 29th at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
