George R. Leeper Sr.

George R. Leeper Sr., 90 passed away on January 5, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. He was born to Forrest and Ismalia Leeper. He married his wife Cecilia Leeper who preceded him in death in 2006. George was an SFC Veteran of the US Army and he later came to serve with the El Paso Police Department for 10 years. George and his wife had two children George R. Leeper Jr., and Ismalia Maria Casas. George is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held for George on Tuesday January 25, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina. A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday January 26, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr. He will then be laid to rest with Military Honors at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
