Frank H. Muñoz, age 89 passed away on Sunday November 24, 2019. A visitation for Frank will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915 with a vigil at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 12:00 PM at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79915 with interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 PM at Hillside Hall located at 4242 Hondo Pass, Suite 104 El Paso, Texas 79904.
