Francisco is survived by his wife, Sophia Lozano; son Frank Lozano; son Javier Lozano; daughter Amanda Lozano; daughter Vanessa Lozano; and daughter Zulema Valerio.
Mr. Lozano leaves behind 5 grandchildren to cherish his memory.
