Left to cherish her wonderful memories are her son James, daughters Jacqueline and Kimberly, and son-in-law Jeff. She was affectionately known as 'Grams' to her grandchildren Victoria, Mia, Erica, and Emily, and 'Gram-Gram' to her 7 ½ great-grandchildren.
Frances also leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own. She was a lady of science, art, and reason and a lover of Queen, ABBA, and Meatloaf.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents Pablo and Margarita, loving husband, Robert (Doug), and her beloved sister Carmen (Chita).
The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice- El Paso-Kindred at Home for the amazing care they provided for our mother during the last months of her life.
