Frances Ruiz, age 95, of Anthony, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
A visitation for Frances will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Hillcrest Funeral Home - West, 5054 Doniphan Drive, El Paso, TX 79932. Following the visitation will be an interment at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
