surrounded by his family on January 21, 2022. He was born on September 11, 1972 and was a lifelong
resident of El Paso.
Junior is survived by his children, Sara Miranda, Cristina Ramirez, Isabel Ramirez, and
grandchildren, Zoey Miranda and Legend Lorenzo Miranda. Junior is also survived by Aaron Maynes and
Shealene Maynes, who he raised and nurtured and was known as “grandpa” to Shealene’s children,
Sebastian and Sofia. Junior is also survived by his parents, Filiberto Ramirez, Sr. and Bertha Ramirez and
his “hermanas” Maria Ramirez, Sara Ramirez, Griselda Torres, and Sonia Ramirez, nieces and nephews,
extended family members and friends that will cherish his memory.
Junior was a successful small business owner having followed in his parents footsteps and opened his first small business at the age of 20. Junior’s family was unprepared for this loss and his absence has left an emptiness in their hearts.
Junior's life will be remembered and celebrated at a Memorial Service at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060
North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas, on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed
by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 131 S. Zaragosa, El Paso, Texas at 11:30
a.m. Inurnment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza, El Paso, Texas.
