On Wednesday Oct 5th , our beloved brother, father, son Fernando Villasana passed away surrounded by family. Fernie, or “Chito” as he was known was born on May 30th , 1975 to Emma and Antonio Villasana.
He is survived by his loving mother Emma Villasana, beloved son Diego Villasana and sisters Adriana Villasana Gutierrez, Patricia Villasana and Claudia Villasana. Nephews Kain, Chris, Daniel and niece Emily.
He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1994 and went on to work as a truck driver for many years before settling back in El Paso to work for NuCo and Davita Healthcare. Fernie enjoyed fishing, fixing cars and being outdoors. Family and friends will remember him best for alway having time for conversations, great sense of humor and his love for his son Diego. A visitation for Fernando will be held Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a vigil service at 6:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. A funeral mass will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St Frances Xavier Cabrini, 12200 Vista Del Sol, El Paso, TX 79936. A committal service will occur Monday, October 17, 2022 at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79938.
