Felix is survived by his son Daniel Vacio; his daughter Norma Vacio; his son Francisco Vacio; and his son Jose Vacio.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Sarah Vacio, Marianne Vacio,Sebastian Vacio, Brianna Vacio, Daniela Vacio, Hector Vacio,Jorge Prieto, Felix Prieto, Rocio Prieto, Graciela Prieto. He is also survived by his Great Grandchildren:Ximena Prieto, Jesse Lee Levario,Logan Vacio, Christian Vacio.
A visitation for Felix will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary will occur Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 N Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907.
Felix will be laid to rest in Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
