Evelyn Anderson, 62, passed away December 1st 2022. Evelyn was kind, humble, generous and caring. She took immense pride working as a server at Furr’s Cafeteria, and then at Luby’s for many years. Evelyn was always joking with her customers, friends and family, and making them laugh. She also volunteered at the El Paso Police Department Westside substation for over 5 years. Evelyn is preceded in death by the love of her life, Ron Anderson, and grandson Justin. She is survived by her stepdaughters: Michelle, Allana(Benny). Grandchildren: Tristan(Anthony), Ben(Brandi), Dana(John), Jackie(Joe). Additional Family: Shirley (Ted), Oscar, Jessica(Isaac), her Luby’s family, and so many other friends whose lives she touched. A visitation service for Evelyn will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home-West, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932, followed by a celebration of life at 6:30 PM.
