Eva F. Valdez

Eva F. Valdez, 87 passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso Texas. She was a beloved wife, a wonderful and giving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She retired after working for many years at St. Paul Catholic Parish. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas A. Valdez Sr., Parents Marcial and Maria Fernandez, Siblings; Arturo Fernandez, Jose R. Fernandez, Esther Payan and Soledad Martinez. Mrs. Valdez is survived by her son’s Thomas A. Valdez Jr. and David Valdez. Her beloved daughter in laws Irene and Bertha Valdez. Grandchildren; Rene Christopher Valdez, Eva Marie Ortiz (Jason), Denise Marie Solis (Dominic) and David Michael Valdez (Jessica). She is also survived by her loving great grandchildren Alex Thomas, Renee Olivia, and Abbey Lauren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday March 6, 2017 from 5-9pm with vigil service at 7pm Hillcrest Chapel- Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 9am St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa Street. Services under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home East.
