Ethan wasn’t just my cousin, but he was also my first friend here in El Paso. I remember the day he was coming over to my apartment to sleepover and I was so excited to host someone in a place of my own. All we did was eat snacks, watch youtube videos, and talk. But these memories hold a very special place in my heart. I miss Ethan everyday. I hear music differently now. The way I perceive life is a little different knowing he’s not here. I know I’ll see the og again. I love you, Ethan.

I had only met Ethan about 4 years ago, but in those 4 years he became one of my closest Friends and even felt like my own cousin.  He knew how to make everyone laugh and be there for you no matter what the situation was. He was my right hand man !  Every time we met up he had new knowledge about a new subject and was excited to share. The guy was a walking encyclopedia. I could spend hours just discussing future/current idea’s with him. The best idea we had was to open a small garage together, and I hope one day I can make that dream a reality for Ethan.  The world lost a real smart guy, and I will never forget him. I miss you Ethan.

My condolences on your loss. I met Ethan at Cielo Vista Elementary School. I was helping him with his Reading. He was very  intelligent and a hard worker with me.  So sorry that his life was so short.  May God give you strength to go forward.

Our sincere condolences to the family Martin. May God give you all the strength to move forward and bring you all peace. Know that your child left a great impression in so many individuals.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Martin Family.  Ethan was a smart and funny young man.  My kids knew the Martin boys and grew up with them.   At a young age, Ethan welcomed my son at Cielo Vista elementary.  Many occasions we would drop Ethan off home after school.   RIP Ethan. You will be missed. Thank you for being a good friend and for your sense of humor.

Our family has known Ethan for many years. He spent a great deal of time in our home and brought us so much joy! He was incredibly smart, witty, and his comedic timing was unmatched! He was a good boy. And to our children...a great friend. Our hearts are so heavy by this loss.  We are praying for the hearts of his parents and siblings. Though we understand that the journey of healing may never bring about true peace, we pray that it brings a closeness in the family and a stronger love in leaning on one another.
