Elisa G. Rangel, 83, passed away on August 26, 2015 in El Paso, Texas. She was born on September 21, 1931 in Mexico to Francisco Garcia & Juana Rojas. She is survived by her sons: Jose Luis Rangel, Guillermo Rangel & Aurelio Rangel; brother: Francisco Garcia; sisters: Carmela Garcia & Ester Dominguez; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Monday, August 31, 2015 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment
