Elisa Ortega Guerra

Elisa Ortega Guerra, 85, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a devout Catholic. Mrs. Guerra was a proud graduate of Bowie High School, where she also worked until her retirement after 35 years of service.

Mrs. Guerra was preceded in death by her husband Antonio Guerra and her daughter Norma Guerra.

She is survived by her son; Roberto Guerra, grandson; Luis Guerra, sisters; Beatrice Escobar and Delia Davidson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 6:00 p.m. at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 N. Zaragoza, El Paso, Texas 79936. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa St., El Paso, Texas 79902. Members of the family will serve as Pallbearers. Rite of Committal will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79907.
