Elfred Jackson Conrad Jr.

Elfred is survived by his children Alan C. Meeks, Charles Edward Meeks, David Carroll Meeks, Jackson Scott Conrad, and Sheila Conrad. As well as his siblings Joe, George, Ted, Dorene, Evelyn and Moring.

Elfred was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lupe Conrad and his sister Patty.

A visitation for Elfred will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936. A vigil service will occur Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:30 AM, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside service will occur Monday, April 3, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
