Elena V. Siqueiros

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Elena V Siqueiros. She passed away on January 30th, 2025, in El Paso, Tx surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Elena was the strongest, most resilient woman who raised five children on her own. She was a wonderful mother, who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom and love in abundance. Elena touched the lives of all who knew her. She overcame numerous challenges and continued to be an inspiration with humor and her love of spicy novels and Ben Affleck. She was the ultimate do-it-yourselfer and would wake us early on Sunday morning to have us help her refinish a console or spray paint a wall hanging while listening to oldies, making us dance with her in our living-room.

Elena is survived by her children Mona Reveles and spouse Victor. Maria Schaffino and spouse Rick. David Siqueiros. Angel Siqueiros and spouse Perla. Jennifer Silva and spouse Lorenzo. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Richard, Charlie and spouse Erwin Schaffino-Martinez, Samantha, Sergio, Aidyl, Zoe and Matthew and great grandchild Aubrey.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer society and Hospice of El Paso.

A visitation for Elena will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary will occur Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
