Eddie is survived by his mother Maria Elena Ruiz and his father Eduardo Ruiz Sr.; his brother Joshua Ruiz and his brother Lucas Ruiz.

A rosary will occur Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904. A mass will occur Friday, January 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 408 Park St., El Paso, Texas 79901.
