Our beautiful and beloved mother, Dolores Irene “Lola” Espinoza, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, January 11, 2015. She was born on February 15, 1943 in El Paso, Texas to Jose and Maria Consuelo Porras. She was a proud graduate of Jefferson High School and worked her early years at Woolworth’s Chelmont and also at Farah Manufacturing and then became a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. Later on in life she returned to work for the family business, Ban-Quick Deli Shop, and enjoyed it immensely. She always put others first and was happiest when cooking for family and friends. She also loved music and dance and along with our dad, won several dance contests. We were so very blessed to have such a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and she will forever live on in our hearts. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ramon Sanchez. She is survived by her husband: Edmundo Espinoza Sr.; son: Edmundo Espinoza Jr.; daughters: Virginia Winger (David), Isela Yvonne Lopez (Joe) and Veronica Alvarez (Manny); grandchildren: Joshua, Maya & Kirsten Espinoza, Brianna & Christian Alvarez and Samantha & Amanda Lopez. Pallbearers are Edmundo Espinoza Jr., David Winger, Joe Lopez, Manny Alvarez, Joshua Espinoza, Christian Alvarez, Rocky Sanchez, Robert Sanchez and Richard Sanchez. “Mom, If Love were a cure, you would have lived forever” Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm Friday, January 16, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm.
