Delia Z. Ochoa, age 84 passed away on Monday October 9, 2017. Delia was born February 9, 1933 in El Paso, Texas. Delia is survived by; daughter Cindi York; son George Ochoa III; and son Daniel R. Ochoa; sister Lucy Gallegos; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Delia was preceded in death by her husband George Ochoa Jr. A Funeral Mass for Delia will be held Friday, October 13, 2017 at 12:30 PM at St. Raphael Catholic Church , 2301 Zanzibar Road, El Paso, Texas. A Graveside Service will occur Friday, October 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery , 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, Fort Bliss , Texas.
