She was born in El Paso on May 12, 1985, and received her bachelor's degree from University of Texas, El Paso, in the field of Nursing.
She is survived by her loving mother, Jenny Martinez, her son Xander, two daughters: Emily and Avery; three brothers: Richard Drost, Justin Perry, and Benjamin Perry.
A visitation for Debra will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938 with a Celebration of Life Service by family and friends at 12:00 PM. Interment/committal service will follow at 1:30 PM at Evergreen Cemetery East, also at 12400 E. Montana Ave., El Paso.
