David is survived by his wife, Rita Ramirez; his children Elizabeth Ramirez-Washka (Todd) and David Ramirez Jr. (Katy); his grandchildren Isabella Washka and Julianna Washka.

A Visitation for David will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 4:30pm to 8:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, Texas 79932, with a Rosary beginning at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:30am at St Jude Catholic Church, 4006 Hidden Way, El Paso, Texas 79932. A Graveside Service will follow at 1:00pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, Texas 79906.
