He is survived by his children: David Madrid III, Adrian Madrid & Ibet Ayala; 6 grandchildren; his parents; and siblings: Elias Madrid, Danny Madrid, Martha Hall, Edna Galarza and Yvette Madrid. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Funeral Service at 7:00 pm.
