David is survived by son David Gomez Jr.; son Joe Gomez; son Genaro Gomez; son Hector Gomez; daughter Maria Quijano; and daughter Laura Romo; brother Rogelio Gomez and sister Concha Gonzales.
Mr. Gomez also leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren to cherish hismemory.

A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 8011 Williamette Ave, El Paso, Texas 79907. A graveside will occur Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
