David was born in September of 1941 to David L. Bailey Sr. and Cynthia L. Bailey in Conneticut. After Graduating high school, David joined the U.S. Air force becoming an aircraft mechanic, after which he spent the remainder of his career as a heavy forklift mechanic/maintenance supervisor at various companies.
David married the love of his life, Carol L. Bailey (Lang) in 1965. David and Carol went on to have 3 Children, William, David, and John.
David was a well renowned active member of the Catholic Church at St. Raphael Parish in El Paso TX and leaves behind numerous friends from the parish.
David was predeceased by his Parents, David and Cynthia, and his Son David M. Bailey. He is Survived by his Wife of 56 years Carol L. Bailey, Son's William L. Bailey and wife Julie of Albuquerque NM, John A. Bailey and wife Laura of El Paso TX, 12 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren.
A viewing will be conducted on Thursday, January 20th from 4-6 pm, at Martin Funeral home, 1460 George Dieter, El Paso TX 79936. Rosary and Mass at 10am, Friday January 21st, St. Raphael Church, 2301 Zanzibar in Paso TX 79925, following with escort to graveside burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetary, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd. El Paso TX 79907.
