Daniel is survived by his parent Luis Rios; his brother Marcos A. Rios.

A visitation for Daniel will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home - West, 5054 Doniphan Drive, El Paso, TX 79932, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM.
