Our precious angel, Cynthia Frausto, has gained her wings. She passed away peacefully on Friday, December 20, 2019. After enduring so much, it was finally time for her to say goodbye to us all. The end was short and peaceful; she looked serene when we kissed her forehead and said our final farewells. She is now pain free, walking, talking, singing, dancing and smiling with the angels. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life.
Cynthia was epiphany of strength and optimistic energy; she smiled throughout her 28 years, bringing joy and happiness to all her family and friends. She was an extraordinary and beautiful soul; always cheerful, loving and unbelievably strong up until the end of her journey. She was that moment of grace to many, as a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, aunt and a committed friend. Cynthia may be gone, but her impact will live on in the hearts and minds of all the people she touched.
Cynthia was survived by her mother, Luz Campos; her step-father, Herman Campos; her sisters, Christina Frausto, Crystal and Jessica Campos; her maternal grandparents, Francisco and Lorenza De La Rosa; her fraternal grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends who loved Cynthia very much.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Texas Oncology – El Paso Cancer Treatment Center and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center for their exceptional care to Cynthia and their willingness to look at all available treatment options. We know that this gave her great strength to keep on fighting. The family also wishes to thank our family and friends for their support, compassion, prayers and concerns, extended to us during this time.
Friends may visit with family at the viewing Monday, December 23, 2019 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home West, located at 5054 Doniphan Drive, El Paso, Texas 79932.
