Charlet Ann Meier

Charlet grew up in Illinois. She graduated from DeLand- Weldon High School in 1966. She worked for a bakery at Smith’s Grocery business until retirement. She retired in 1998.

Charlet was married to Donald Raymond Meier Jr. on August 10, 1966; they were married for 54 years.

Charlet enjoyed ceramics, baking, collecting angels, spending time with her family and taking care of her animals. She was actively involved in Mopar Club with her spouse.

Charlet is survived by her spouse Donald Raymond Meier Jr.;her daughter Cheryl Louise Bennett (spouse Chuck Bennett);grandchildren Sylvia Lynn Beeney and Nicole Ashley Bennett;great grandchildren Alexa Lynn Landeros, Nathaniel Quinn Landeros, Logan Skyler Beeney and Aiden James Bennett.

Charlet is preceded in death by Mother Thelma Lucille Dawes (Taylor); Father Earl Marby Taylor; son Timothy Allen Meier; her sister Frances Lucille Agnew; her brothers Earl Taylor Jr.(EJ), Merrial Lee Taylor, Gerald Dean Taylor (Jerry), Edward B. Taylor (Eddie).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 20, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East. The address is 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79938. Visitation will be held on Saturday March 20, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East.
