Carrie Deines, 41, passed away on January 15, 2018 in Dallas, Texas after a difficult, painful and brave struggle with a chronic health condition. She was born on March 28, 1976 in Austin, Texas. She was previously employed by the Clint Independent School District where she worked with special ed children and was lovingly known as Coach Carrie. She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Walter and Alicia Deines, her uncles Paul Eveler and Michael Anthony Eveler and her cousins Seth Eveler and John David Deines, Jr. She is survived by her mother Susan Marie Eveler, her father Walter Deines Jr. (Yolanda) and; maternal grandparents Pete and Susan Eveler; brothers Brian Deines and Jason Aguilar; sisters Heather Lopez (Geno) and Andrea Werchan (Greg); nieces: Alexandria Linss, Sofia Lopez, and Grace Lopez; nephews: Anthony Lopez (Jesika), Ivan Werchan, Scott Werchan and several aunts and uncles. Carrie will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 from 5-9pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil/Rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 12pm at San Lorenzo Catholic Church. Interment to follow at the Eveler Farm in Clint, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Reynolds Home would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home- Carolina.
