On, Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Carlos Robles, husband, father, grandfather, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 72. Carlos will be greatly missed by his wife of 52 years, Petra, and their children, Irene Robles-Lopez (Jerry +), and Carlos Robles Jr. (Isabel); grandson, Billie, granddaughter Kateri, great granddaughters Azaela, and Leilani. Carlos will be forever remembered by his cousins, brothers and sisters in law, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Roldan.
Carlos was proud to serve his country and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He went on to serve in the U.S. Border Patrol and retired with 30 years of service. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors, and rebuilding classic cars. He loved taking drives in his 1968 Chevy Camaro with the radio playing his favorite oldies. Taking walks around the neighborhood or park was another hobby of his, no matter the time of day you could catch him strolling around. He took care of our little family dog, Roxy. They did everything together; he would bring her wherever he could, and she would happily follow. Carlos loved vacations with his family and was looking forward to traveling more. Fortunately, he had the opportunity to visit many different places including Hawaii, the Bahamas, Italy, Greece and many more. He was a very caring and loving person and would help in any and every way that he could, no matter the extent. He is seen as a role model to many and will be greatly missed.
