Carlos (Charlie) Flores, 62, lifelong El Paso resident and graduate of EPHS, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017. Preceded in death by father Manuel Flores. Survived by mother Rafaela Mena Flores, siblings Dolores Sandoval, Janey Madrid, Cecilia Flores-Wiltrout, Manny Jr. (Sally), Elizabeth Flores-Casillas (David), Phillip (Lori) and Gene (Joan); girlfriend Juanita Rivas and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation: Thursday, August 17 from 5:00 to 9:00pm with rosary at 6:00pm at Martin Funeral Home Central. Funeral Mass: Friday, August 18 at 9:00am at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
