Carl F. Suhay 72, passed away peacefully at his home in El Paso, TX on Thursday April 01, 2021. He was born April 21,1948 in Elizabeth, NJ. Carl enlisted in the U.S. Army and proudly served our Country in Vietnam, earning many medals and honors during his time of service. He was a true patriot and loved his Country.
The family would like to thank the many Doctors and Nurses at WBAMC as well as the staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs for their support and kindness throughout the years. The family would also like to give a special thank you to Alexis, Carl's caretaker, during his time of need.
Carl was preceded in death by his Parents; wife Hortencia (Vangie) Suhay; and brother Richard Rupeikis.
Carl is survived by sons Mike Grohmann; Mark Grohmann (Lorraine); daughters Donna Suhay; Ivonne Suhay Riley; brother Dennis Suhay; sister Janet Peterson; sister in law Carol Rupeikis. 5 Grandchildren Toni, Mark II, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Lily. and 2 Great grandchildren Armani and Zoey.
Carl had a great passion for barbequing and it gave him great joy to cook for family and friends for any occasion.
He will always live on in the hearts of his family and everyone who knew him.
