Carl Wayne Smith, age 78, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
A visitation for Carl will be held Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915, followed by a prayer service at 3:00 PM.
