Benjamin Rios Padilla, born March 31, 1920, passed on to eternal life in God’s presence April 14, 2015. He was born in Tacoaleche, Zacatecas, Mexico to Jose Padilla and Maria Del Carmen Rios. Devout Catholic man of God, Husband and family man. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Gregoria Amelia Padilla, children: Suky Dela Rosa (Baltazar), Rosie (Arturo) Navarez, Maria Elena Nunez (Isidoro), Joe Padilla (Estela), Angel Padilla, Ralph Padilla (Lucy), Terry Aguilera (Robert); 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
