Beatriz Q. Licon, 90, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016. She is survived by Daughter: Delia Borrego, 3 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home with a Vigil at 12:30 p.m. -1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, ETA 2:00 p.m. Services are under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N.
