Arturo Moreno Sr., age 85, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. He was employed and retired from General Motors Corporation, California. Mr. Moreno proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by sons; Arturo Moreno Jr. and Roberto Moreno; daughter Sylvia Moreno Sandoval; family Belen G. Bryant.
