He enlisted into the United States Navy on February 1, 1952 at the age of seventeen. After basic training he was assigned to the USS Tolovana AO64 Auxiliary Oiler. Tours of duty included Japan, China, Philippians, Formosa, Korea, Hawaiian Island "Pearl Harbor." He was Honorably Discharged on January 31, 1960. After his service to beloved Country, he developed a huge interest in Automotives, as a profession, and restoring classic cars as a hobby.
He dedicated his life to raising his son Armando Grajeda Jr. "Pitis." He was the best dad in the "World", he will be greatly missed.
He is Survived by his son Armando Grajeda Jr. & Granddaughter Briauna Grajeda, parents Juan and Elena Briseno Grajeda, and his sisters Ana Maria Melendez, Lucilla Ahumada, Elena Sanchez. Fifteen Nephews & Thirteen Nieces.
His wishes will be honored by having a small private viewing at Martin Funeral Home West. An inurnment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at a later date.
