Antonio was preceded in death by his wife Elisa Castillo and his parents Antonio Montoya Sr. and Cruz Veliz.

Antonio is survived by his children Richard, Corinna, and Sylvia; and his grandchildren Megan, Ian, Joseph, Steven, Logan, Jasmine and Keilah.

A visitation for Antonio will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. A rosary service will occur Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 6:00 PM, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. A funeral mass will occur Friday, September 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3729 Hueco, El Paso, TX 79903. A graveside will occur Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana Ave., El Paso, Texas 79938.
