Toni joined Job Corp in 1968 and received her training in Moline, IA. There she trained and became certified as a Medical Technician. Upon her return to El Paso, Toni began her career at Sierra Medical Hospital when the hospital first opened and continued her work there for many years. Toni also became a certified Endoscopy Technician and worked for several years at the El Paso Endoscopy Center where she retired in 2015.
Toni is a Texas gal; she loved her state especially the Dallas Cowboys. Always rooting for the Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. If they didn’t make it to a championship and another Texas team did, she would cheer for them. She loved to dance. If you ever saw her on a dance floor, you saw she had some fancy footwork. Antonia touched many lives with her positive attitude. She looked at the glass half full, even throughout her illness. She was a happy soul who was the life of the party. A loyal friend, she made one feel special, making it easy to confide in her.
