Anthony Richard Perez

Anthony was preceded in death by father, Antonio H. Perez, grandparents, Jorge Hernandez, Sr., and Maria Luisa Hernandez and Uncle George Hernandez Jr. He is survived by his mother, Maria Elena Perez, sisters Christine M. Gomez (Jaime, Matthew, & Ava-Marie), Lisa M. Gonzalez (Raul, & Saul) fiancé Cynthia M. Serafin, Uncle Alfred Hernandez (Marina, & Loray Mize). Grandmother Rose Perez. Cousins George Hernandez III (Mireya, Noah, Emma, Abby, Joel), Yvonne Feria (Valerie, Sunnie-Marie, Alexis, Mia) also numerous aunts, cousins, and family members.

Anthony was born on July 4, 1969. He participated in many sports with the T-Birds. He graduated Jefferson High School and was also a graduate of the University of Phoenix. He enjoyed playing golf and attending numerous sporting events. He was a die-hard Cowboys fan. He enjoyed nights out on the town with his fiancé Cynthia M. Serafin and meeting up with friends at Craw and The District.

Anthony loved traveling for concerts and sporting events. India, Australia, and Costa Rica were some of his favorite places. He made lifelong friendships in El Paso and in Dallas where he lived for many years.

He was the light that brightened our days, the joy that filled our hearts with love, and now he is no longer here. Will never forget the love he shared, the kindness he showed to one and all, his spirit will live on forevermore in our memories, and in our hearts.

Rest in peace now that you are in the loving arms of God, where you will remain forever.

Visitation for Anthony will be held Monday, April 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N Resler Dr, El Paso, Texas 79912. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church, 4700 Delta Dr., El Paso, Texas 79905.
