Virginia Ann Phillips

Virginia was born on June 4, 1939 in Benton, LA; she was the daughter of William Shaw Oliver and Velma Thomas Oliver. Virginia was an active member of the First Baptist Church El Dorado. She enjoyed bowling, playing the piano and being with her family and friends. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and husband Bobby E. Phillips.

Virginia is survived by her daughters Jan Collins (Thomas) and Shelly Owens (Keith); her son Chris Phillips (Karla) all of El Dorado; her grandchildren Ryan T. Collins (Sarah) of Alexandria, VA, Blaine Phillips (Jessica), Paige Owens (Shane), a sister Annie Bernice Dunn. along with her great-grandchildren Beckett Collins, Trenton Owens, Hunter Owens, Emma Grace Owens, Ava Jane Phillips, Ryser Jones, Haistyn Jones, Slate Jones and her extended family and friends.

Graveside services by Young's Funeral Directors will be at 2 pm, Friday, January 14, 2022 at Arlington Memorial Park with Jonathan Kelley officiating.

Memorial may be made to First Baptist Church Benevolent Fund or UCAPS.
